PRIVACY POLICY

 

This Privacy Policy sets out rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data collected by the Online Shop www.mvs.auto.pl (hereinafter: the "Shop").

 

The owner of the shop and at the same time the Administrator of Personal Data isMVS with its seat in Gołkowice Górne (33- 388), Gołkowice Górne 137,

 

MVS makes special care to respect the privacy of Customers visiting its Online Shop.

§ 1 How do we collect data?

 

MVS collects informations about individuals engaged on their own business or professional activity (hereinafter referred to as Entrepreneurs), as well as data of individuals engaged in legal activities not directly related to their professional activity, hereinafter referred to collectively as the Customers.

 

The Customers' personal data are collected for the registration of the customer in the Shop through the establishment of customer accounts and when the Customers make a single purchase without having to set up account in the store.

 

In the case of registration of Customer Account in the Shop, the Customer shall provide the following informations:

 

a)

Name and surname

 

b)

address (street, number of building/flat, postal code and city);

 

c)

E-mail address;

 

d)

telephone number;

 

e)

In the case of the Entrepreneurs, the above range of data is further extended by the Entrepreneurs business name and his NIP and REGON.

 

These data can be changed independently by the Customer after logging into the Customer Account.

 

In the case of submitting a single order in the Online Shop, the scope of data required to indicate the Customer is the same. The Customers shall provide the following informations:

 

a)

Name and surname

 

b)

address (street, number of building/flat, postal code and city);

 

c)

E-mail address;

 

d)

telephone number;

 

e)

In the case of the Entrepreneurs, the above range of data is further extended by the Entrepreneurs business name and his NIP and REGON.

 

In the case of the Customer's personal contact with the Shop (e-mail, phone, chat, etc.),  the following informations are submitted:

 

a)

Name and surname

 

b)

address (streer, number of building/flat, postal code and city);

 

c)

E-mail address;

 

d)

telephone number;

 

e)

In the case of the Entrepreneurs, the above range of data is further extended by the Entrepreneurs business name and his NIP and REGON.

 

When using the Shop web pages, the additional informations are downloaded automatically (IP address assigned to your computer or external IP address of the ISP, domain name, browser type, time of access, the type of operating system). 

 

The navigation data an also be collected  from the Customers, including information about links and references, which they decide to click or other activities undertaken in our Online Shop.

§ 2 How do we use the collected data?

 

In case of Registration of the Customer Account in the Shop, the customer data are used to create an individual customer account and manage the account and to ensure the possibility of making purchases in the Shop, including the implementation of complex contracts and their delivery. If you purchase in the Shop, your personal data may only be communicated to the Suppliers, which cooperates with MVS.

 

If the Customer chooses the payment for goods ordered by PayU system, your personal informations will be transferred to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Sales Agreement, to the PayU SA in Poznan.

 

The navigation data can be used to provide Customers with better service, statistical data analysis and to adapt the Online Shop to customer preferences, as well as administer the  Online Shop

§ 3 Cookies mechanism, IP address

 

Online Store uses small files called cookies. They are stored on your computer when you visit MVS Online Shop, if your web browser allows it. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain from which it comes, their "expiration time" and the individual random number that identifies the file. The information collected by this type of files serves to help to adapt the products offered by MVS to individual preferences and the actual needs of visitors of the Online Shop. It also gives the opportunity to develop the overall statistics of visits of the products presented in the Online Shop.

 

MVS uses two types of cookies:

 

a)

Session cookies: at the end of the session the browser or after turning off your computer, the stored information is deleted from the device memory. The session cookies mechanism doesn’t allow to retrieve any personal data or any confidential information from the Customer’s PC.

 

b)

Persistent cookies: They are stored in the Customerter’s terminal equipment memory and remain there until you delete them. The mechanism of permanent cookies, sent by the Shop, allows you to store data to the correct operation of the Shop and its functions.

 

MVS uses its own cookies in the purpose of:

 

a)

Customer’s authentication in the online store and providing client session in the Online Shop (after logging in), so the Customer doesn’t have to retype their login and password on every subpage of the Online Shop;

 

b)

analyzes and surveys and audits of audience, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Customers use the Website of the Shop, which allows the improvement of its structure and content.

 

MVS uses the external cookies in the purpose of:

 

a)

popularization of the Online Shop using the social networking site facebook.com (external Cookies administrator: Facebook Inc., seated in the US or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland);

 

b)

popularization of the Online Shop using the social networking site plus.google.com (external Cookies administrator: Google Inc seated in the US);

 

c)

collecting of the general and anonymous data via static analysis tools of Google Analytics (external Cookies administrator: Google Inc., based in the US);

Cookie mechanism is safe for computers of the Customers of the Shop. In particular, is not possible to the viruses or other unwanted software or malware to penetrate via this route into the customers’ computers. However, the Customers have the ability to limit or disable access to computers cookies in their browsers. If you use this option, you can still use the Online Shop, except the functions which, by their nature, require cookies.

MVS may collect your IP address. IP address is a number assigned to the computer of  the visitor of the Shop by the ISP. IP number serves to access the Internet. In most cases, the IP is assigned dynamically to the computer, ie. it changes each time with the  connection to the Internet and for this reason it is generally regarded as a non-personal identification information. The IP address is used by the MVS to diagnose technical problems with the server, to create statistical analysis (eg. To determine from which regions we note the most visits), as an information useful for the administration and improvement of the Shop, as well as for security purposes and the possible identification of the adverse automatic programs for viewing the content of the Shop,  aggravating the server.

 

The Shop contains links and hyperlinks to other websites. MVS is not responsible for the privacy policies which could be in force on them. For this reason we encourage you to read the privacy policy adopted there, after passing through the Shop to the Website managed by another administrator,

§ 4 Data access

 

To personal data collected by the store Only authorized MVS employees have direct access to the personal data collected by the Shop.

 

Your data may also be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable laws, in particular, to the relevant judicial authorities and entities designated in point: "How do we use your data?"

 

MVS provides to the Customers who have a Customer Account, an uninterrupted access to their data and the ability to modify it at any time. In order to make modifications you need to log in to the Customer Account in the Shop. The customer has the option to remove their personal data from a data set in the event of electronical termination of the service agreements. MVS may refuse to remove customer data if they violated the applicable Shop Terms and the preservation of data is necessary to explain the circumstances and determine responsibilities and, in particular, to proceed to the claims by the MVS against the Customer.

 

In the case of the newsletter subscription you have the possibility to remove your email address from the mailing list by selecting the appropriate function when you log in to the Customer Account in the Shop.

§ 5 Protections

 

MVS  provides protection against data loss, misuse and alteration. MVS is committed to protect all your data in accordance with the standards of safety and confidentiality.

 

Personal data in MVS are protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. (JL 2015. item 2135) to prevent access by third parties.

 

If the Customer holding the customer account in the Shop, in any way lost their password, the Shop allows them to generate a new password to the customer account in the Shop. However, the shop doesn’t send password reminders. The customer’s password is stored in the database in encrypted form, in such a way that its reading isn’t possible. In order to generate a new password, enter your e-mail address to the form available under the link "Remind password", given with the login form to the customer account in the Shop. The new password will be sent only to the email address provided during registration or saved at the last change of your profile.

 

MVS never send any correspondence, including e-mail, asking for your login details, in particular the access password to the customer account. Such information is not also made available via traditional mail, e-mail or telephone.

§ 6 Privacy Policy Changes

 

MVS reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. At the day of making changes we update the date of introduction of the last amendment which is given below.
